Beck describes this stage as being the imagining phase. When you take portions of your old life and and change things around.
This is the phase that I started in during the summer. However I must admit that I have not completed this phase yet. It was interrupted due to the events that were occurring in my life.I did manage to change my living environment. What I have not accomplished is the revisions of myself. That is going to be my goal during the next few days. I would like to have an idea of what direction to head out in.
I must look for employment. This is a matter of fact. I have written a resume that focuses on securing a position in my old field. That is one major change that I must attend to this week. I would like to have a new resume up and ready to go within the next few days.
Beck suggests allowing your imagination to go all out. I believe that I can do that if the grown up in me doesn't block the effort. That can be a problem when it is time to be free. I will have to remind myself that my inner voice is the one that will be speaking out my true desires and reality.

Martha Beck: Human Metamorphosis: Step Two

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2007-12-27T10:46:14Z</dcterms:modified>

Postoperative Routines- a refreshing debrief (from DrPamBrill’s blog) @ Eons

Postoperative Routines- a refreshing debrief (from DrPamBrill’s blog) @ Eons
Live In The Zone is one of the groups that I am a member of on Eons.
Eons is a social network for people age 50 on up. You can apply for membership when you are 49 years old, but you must wait until you actually turn 50 to have full membership.
Dr. Pam Brill is a Life Coach among other things. I discovered this group one night during a tour of the site. I liked the concepts that she had posted in her blog and decided to join.
This particular blog post deals with debriefing. Which is a very simple action to implement. You examine what you have done that is alright. I like this action already because we all tend to base our self~examinations with what has gone wrong. Dr. Brill gives a solid plan that promotes advancing in a positive manner.
One of my favorite things about Dr. Brill is her honesty. She does not withhold the human flaws and challenges that she has faced. I feel that she is also working out things in her life while helping others. Plus that she is very down to earth. Which makes me feel very comfortable . It is not difficult to understand or to try what she suggests.
I would encourage you to take a moment and look at this particular blog post. It is full of inspiring information.

<msn:type>blogentry</msn:type><live:type>blogentry</live:type><live:typelabel>Blog entry</live:typelabel>

<dcterms:modified>2007-12-23T05:25:36Z</dcterms:modified>
